What is your shipping policy?

We do not provide NHS, Student or Military discounts. If you sign up to our newsletter however, you will receive a 10% off discount code to use on your first order. Please note there is a £15 minimum order and excludes bikes, NANO and spare parts.

Where can I get a discount?

Because not all children at a specific age are the same size, we always recommend measuring before placing an order especially because we are an online only business without any physical stores.

For AIRO:
The inside leg measurement should be between 30cm and 46cm.

For HERO:
14" - inside leg measurement between 34cm and 44cm
16" - inside leg measurement between 40.5cm and 50.5cm
20" - inside leg measurement between 48cm and 56cm
24" - inside leg measurement between 57cm and 67cm

For our Helmets:
Small - head circumference between 48cm and 53.5 cm
Medium - head circumference between 54cm and 58 cm

How do I pick the right size? (Bikes and helmets)

We regret to inform you that our full price HERO 14" & 16" have sold out because they are so incredibly popular. Sadly we do not yet have a date confirmed for when they will be back in stock.

Returns Policy
We don’t knowingly have an unhappy customer anywhere in the world and we want to keep it that way! If you’re not happy with your purchased Hornit product for any reason, just Contact Us, tell us why and we’ll gladly replace the product or give you a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Subject to the product/s being returned in resellable condition).
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return costs. Most of our products can be returned via Royal Mail. However for larger items, such as the AIRO balance bike and HERO pedal bike, we can arrange collection and deduct the cost from the total amount refunded.
Refund Policy
Price difference refunds will not be available following the purchase of a product where the price later changes. If you have any queries about the cost of the product being ordered, please contact our customer service team before completing your purchase to avoid any disappointment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Please measure the tyre width manually as CLUG relies on 'actual' tyre width rather than the manufacturers' stated widths.  Manufacturers use different measuring methods (and with a tendency to exaggerate) and once tyre pressure and tread-wear are further considered there is usually a significant difference between the two measurements. If you don't have a pair of callipers, you can use a ruler (straight across the tyre) or better still the method demonstrated on our website here: https://hornit.com/pages/video-library
Roadie: 23-33mm or 1"-1.3"
Hybrid: 33-43mm or 1.3"-1.7"
Mtb: 44-57mm or 1.75"-2.4"
XL: 58-69mm or 2.45"-2.7"
Plus: 70-81mm or 2.75"-3.2"
