When will I receive tracking information?Updated 8 months ago

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking directly from the courier service. Please check your junk folder if your email security settings are high. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours login here using your email or order number to get your tracking details. If your tracking details are still now showing, please contact us.

If your order includes a bike and is ordered before 12:00, it will be dispatched the same day on a 24 hour delivery service from DPD or DHL and a signature on delivery may be required*. If ordered after 12:00, it will be sent out the next working day (Mon-Fri) on a 24 hour delivery service. Please note our warehouse does not ship over weekends.

The default setting is that a signature is required, but you have the option to select “safe place” or “collection point” with DHL and DPD:

1. Please note that if you do authorise DPD/DHL to leave your bike in a ‘safe place’ this will be AT YOUR RISK because dispensing with the need for a signature removes the control Hornit has over guaranteeing safe delivery. In the unfortunate event that you do select a “ safe place” and your bike does go missing please understand Hornit is not responsible and that you will need to dispute the missing delivery with DPD directly. Please note that DHL/DPD terms and conditions do not guarantee that your bike will be delivered to your specified safe place, or that it will remain there until you return home.

2. If you believe your item(s) have not been delivered (even though the tracking states they have been delivered), DPD have a strict 72hr cut off time where claims can be made so please contact us urgently to report so we can request proof of delivery from DPD and assist you further.
