Can you ship my order internationally?

Please forgive us. We are currently unable to ship orders outside of the UK due to increased EU duty and handling fees since Brexit. We apologise and hope we will be able to ship to our European friends again in the future.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking directly from the courier service. Please check your junk folder if your email security settings are high. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours login here using you

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

Every order receives an automated email confirmation shortly after your purchase. Please double-check your junk/spam folder as they all too frequently end up in there! If you still can’t find it (by searching 'Hornit'), contact us and we will resend

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders received before 12:00PM UK time will be sent out the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM UK time will be sent out the next working day. Please note we do not pick or send orders over the weekend. For full regional delivery information incl

How do I amend my delivery details?

If your order has been dispatched please contact the courier service delivering your order (your tracking details are sent to you directly from them). If your order has not yet been dispatched please contact us and we will endeavour to make the amend
